Today we wish everyone a happy International Women’s Day 2019 and give a special shout out to the women in the commercial real estate industry. Based on a 2015 benchmark report survey performed by the CREW Network, only nine percent of commercial real estate C-suite positions were held by women, while they occupy approximately 36% of the industry. Today, that number has seen little improvement. Let’s continue calling on CRE companies to implement practices that promote greater diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
